Tanya is a Senior Partner at inQUEST.

Tanya has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience and deep expertise in DEI, company culture, strategy development and employee engagement.

Prior to working at inQUEST, Tanya held various operational and HR positions for USAA, a Fortune 250 organization in San Antonio. It’s at USAA where she found her passion as a Lead Strategy Advisor for Diversity, Inclusion, and EEO initiatives for 10 years.

Tanya led efforts in launching a set of DEI firsts for the organization, including: an inaugural Executive Diversity Council, CEO and Board DEI training, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Additionally, Tanya served a critical role in aligning and coordinating DEI initiatives to organizational business imperatives.

Tanya earned an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and MBA in Human Resources from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.
