Karen’s experience spans Fortune 100 businesses, government sponsored enterprises, state agencies, associations and non-profit organizations. Always listening for context and customizing each approach, Karen's clients appreciate her holistic perspective, straight-forward consulting, attention to detail, and the trust and relationships she builds along the way.
With a passion for assessments and facilitating understanding of self and others in workplace settings, Karen is a certified practitioner in multiple assessments that inspire enhanced team relationships, effectiveness and outcomes. Her diverse range of external partnerships includes clients in the industries of: Finance, Manufacturing, Automotive, Insurance, Aerospace, Agriculture, Consumer Packaged Goods, Advertising, Technology, Health Care, Retail, Real Estate and Pharmaceutical.
Karen’s internal and external work experiences provide her with a unique understanding of the business and people challenges her clients face. Before joining inQUEST, Karen led Global Manager Excellence at The Kraft Heinz Company and focused on talent development at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC). She has also served as an external consultant and facilitator with Capital H Group, Kaleidoscope Group and BPI Group in the diversity and inclusion and leadership development spaces.
After over 20 years in the city of Chicago, Karen returned to North Carolina in 2021 and now resides near Asheville. She is the proud parent of an 8-year old and loves volunteering at her son’s school. Karen attended Kansas State University for her undergraduate work and holds a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Chicago’s Roosevelt University.
