Mariah’s desire to learn, develop, and mentor fuels the pursuit of a career in organizational leadership and DEI.

Mariah has over ten years of hands-on experience in connecting with people while creating and producing special events. Since relocating from Louisiana, her time as a Houstonian has been monumental to her personal development and instrumental in her professional career.

Her passion for people, diversity, equity, and inclusion are infused with her ability to conceptualize and produce a space for organizational growth and radical transformation.

Mariah earned her MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Houston Downtown® and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management with a minor in International Business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
