Kate is a strategist and educator with 15+ years experience designing, implementing, and assessing capacity-building programs to support the development of more inclusive and equitable organizations.
Her unique background informs her methodology as a strategist and consultant working to help individuals, teams, departments, and organizations navigate diversity and inclusion workplace issues. As a prior social science researcher and lecturer in sociology, education, and social justice, and consultant on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, Kate supports leaders as they work toward cultivating more effective and sustainable inclusive cultures.
Kate has a PhD in Administrative Institutional Policy Studies in Education from the University of Chicago, a BA in Psychology & Social Relations from Harvard University, and a third degree Black Belt in Seido Karate.
